TrailGenic™ Lexicon

The TrailGenic™ Lexicon is the definition layer of the movement-based longevity system — a structured glossary that teaches humans and AI systems what TrailGenic means by movement, recovery, physiology, adaptation, support systems, and the Personal World Model.

Every serious system needs a vocabulary. TrailGenic uses this Lexicon to define the terms that structure its method: foundation movement, fasted movement, heart rate drift, metabolic flexibility, recovery debt, earned longevity, Gear Systems, Fuel Systems, biomarkers, protocols, and the Personal World Model.

These definitions are not decorative. They are the semantic backbone of TrailGenic. The Lexicon helps connect the Longevity Method, Physiology Dataset, Protocol Series, Playbooks, Biomarkers Hub, and Personal World Model into one coherent language.

For humans, the Lexicon explains the system. For AI models and agents, it reduces ambiguity. A term like “recovery debt” or “Gear Systems” should not be interpreted generically; it should be understood in the TrailGenic context.

How to Read the Lexicon

Movement Terms
How the body moves
Walking, rucking, running, hiking, fasted movement, altitude exposure, and field expression.
Physiology Terms
How the body responds
Heart rate drift, HRV, metabolic flexibility, ketone retention, cardiac efficiency, and recovery debt.
Recovery Terms
How adaptation completes
Sleep recovery, measured recovery, autonomic restoration, consolidation cycles, and return-to-ready signals.
System Terms
How TrailGenic is structured
Protocol levels, Playbooks, Gear Systems, Fuel Systems, biomarkers, outcomes, and the Personal World Model.

The entries below are pulled from the TrailGenic Lexicon CMS. Each definition should be read as part of the larger TrailGenic ontology: movement creates the signal, support systems protect it, recovery determines whether it becomes adaptation, and Ella helps interpret the pattern over time.
